About
My name is Leonardo Fantini, and I’m a 23-year-old photographer and snowboard instructor based in Turin, Italy. I discovered my passion for photography as a teenager while skateboarding with friends, leading me to pick up a camera and start experimenting. In 2023, I completed a three-year Bachelor’s degree in Visual & Interactive Arts (Photography) at IED Torino, which allowed me to deepen my technical skills and explore various photography techniques.
At the same time I finished my studies, I also obtained my Italian snowboard instructor license, which reignited my passion for the mountains and action sports. Recently, I had the opportunity to photograph the Cardrona FIS Halfpipe World Cup in New Zealand. This experience clarified my artistic vision: I focus on capturing a fraction of a second of athletes doing their thing!
